Cryptid Art Space presents

Contemporary Corpse

An exhibition by Mina Sawopo

12–24 May 2025

“Contemporary Corpse” is a multidisciplinary exhibition that opens up the intimate dialogue between mortality and aesthetics. This is not an elegy, but a celebration — of bodies as canvases for art that outlives the breath, of skin that refuses to forget.

This exhibition moves through the final space where life ends, but expression carries on. It brings together works that live on the surface of the human form — tattoos, scarification, prosthetic ornaments and ritual markings.
